A two-page weekly metrics review template for a 15-minute KPI review meeting, same day every week. Page 1 is an eight-row table: the metric, its target, its actual, and a circle for whether it went up, stayed flat, or went down. Page 2 is where you write why the number moved and what next week gets. Print it, fill it by hand, file it. The numbers it reviews can come from anywhere, including the KPI Sheets Pack linked at the bottom.
How to use this page: print both pages, pick your eight metrics once, and do not re-pick them weekly. Run the review the same day each week so last week's sheet is always one week old, never one month old. Fifteen minutes is enough. A metric that never gets reviewed is a metric you are collecting, not tracking.
Eight rows is the cap, by design. Write the metric, the target you set for it, the actual number for the week, then circle the direction. The target is written by you: a number you chose on purpose beats a blank line you keep meaning to fill.
| # | Metric | Target | Actual | Delta (circle one) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down | |||
| 02 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down | |||
| 03 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down | |||
| 04 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down | |||
| 05 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down | |||
| 06 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down | |||
| 07 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down | |||
| 08 | ◯ up ◯ flat ◯ down |
Write the actual from your records, not from memory. If a row has no number this week, write why in the notes on page 2 instead of leaving it blank.
The delta circle records what happened. These boxes record why it happened, which is the part you will want to read back in a month.
What this sheet is: a review sheet. It records what happened to numbers you chose, once a week, in writing. It is not a growth promise: numbers go down too, and filling the table does not make them go up. The table is honest on purpose, including the down circles.
Hand-copying numbers into a review sheet works best when they live in one place the other six days. The Web3 KPI Spreadsheet Pack is five spreadsheet templates that hold the numbers this sheet reviews, with the formulas already in:
Five spreadsheet templates for people who juggle wallets, airdrops, DeFi positions, bounties, and trades. Works in Google Sheets and Excel. No add-ons, no API keys, no scripts. You type the numbers, the formulas do the math.
Sample rows are dummy data. Replace them with your own.
This is a bookkeeping tool, not financial advice. Nothing in it suggests what to buy, sell, or farm. Yields can and do go to zero.
Inside the pack: a multi-chain portfolio tracker (BTC, ETH, SOL, Base and L2 holdings with cost basis, P/L and allocation per asset), an airdrop and testnet tracker (protocol, wallet, tx count, status, estimated value), a DeFi yield log (deposit, current value, APY, net P/L and ROI per position), a bounty income tracker (platform, task, deadline, amount, monthly totals), and a trading journal (direction, size, fees, net P/L, win rate, profit factor). All five ship in one XLSX workbook plus separate CSVs, so the weekly review reads totals instead of raw rows. For what belongs on a screen between reviews, see the KPI dashboard template guide, and for the once-a-year version of this same habit, the yearly review worksheet. The full catalog is here.
