Towels go missing, paper goods run low, and the one thing nobody counted is the thing the next guest opens first. This free restock checklist puts the count on paper. Page one is a 12-row write-in restock checklist: the item, a par quantity you set once, then two circles per row, in stock or reorder. Page two is a six-item between-stays checklist for the walk after checkout, plus a par-level notes box. Write-in only, no software, prints tonight on A4 or US Letter.
How to use this page: print at 100% scale (the site chrome drops out on paper). Page one is the stock sheet: fill the item and its par quantity once, then on restock day walk the shelves and circle in stock or reorder per row. Page two is the between-stays pass: six boxes that carry a turn from checkout to ready, finished with a note on where par stands. Keep both pages in the property binder; print a fresh page one whenever the circles fill up.
Twelve rows is enough for the consumables a turn actually burns: linens, towels, paper goods, soap refills, and the pantry items your guests open first. The par column stays blank on purpose. Par is a number only you can set, because it depends on how many guests a turn brings and how often you restock. Write it in pen and leave it alone until the property changes. On restock day, count the shelf and circle one of the two circles per row: in stock when the count holds at or above par, reorder when it does not. A row with no circle is an item nobody counted, and the empty circles are the part of the sheet that works.

Six boxes, one pass, in the order a walk moves through the place: linens first, then trash, then the surfaces hands land on, then the restock basket topped up from page one, then paper goods back to par, then the door and keys on the way out. The boxes are mechanics, not a cleaning course: what to swap, what to carry out, what to top up. No brand names, no product picks; you already know what your property uses. The par-level notes box at the bottom holds two lines for the thing every sheet needs somewhere: what par stands at after this pass, and what changed.

Opinions from building restock and record-keeping pages like this one. Take or leave:
These two sheets are the restock slice of a bigger paper system, the Short-Term Rental Host Ops Binder. From its README:
A 22-page printable paper system for running one rental property between stays. One binder per property: set it up once with the profile and amenities pages, then work it after every checkout. The calendars, logs and trackers are undated, so the binder works any season and any year.
The turn-over pages carry the restock strip this checklist expands:
Turn-over checklists (pages 5-6). Kitchen and bath, then bedrooms, living and a restock strip where you write the quantities you added. One pass per checkout: date it, initial it, file it.
And the shopping-list page turns reorder circles into one store run:
Restock shopping list (page 15). Forty lines for one store run instead of three.
An inventory and restock sheet. It gives your supplies one place to be counted, a par level you set yourself, and a between-stays pass that ends with the stock note written down. Nothing here is income advice and nothing here promises bookings, ratings or any outcome; the sheet organizes your own shelves and your own walk. It is a household organizer and record keeper, not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not affiliated with Airbnb or any booking platform or brand. What supplies a stay needs, and what counts as clean enough to hand over keys, is your call and your listing's terms. For the cleaning half of the same walk, the turnover cleaning checklist works the rooms; the guest welcome book template covers what guests read on arrival; and the rental walkthrough checklist handles the pre-listing pass.
