Sports Betting Data Bundle: NFL Games, Rent Benchmarks, Airbnb CSVs

Four data packs in one 8.37MB zip: every NFL game since 1999 with betting lines, federal rent benchmarks for every US ZIP code, six cities of Airbnb listings, and 20 dark terminal wallpapers. The packs sell for $104 separately; the bundle is $49. Each pack keeps its own page with sample rows: the free NFL betting data sample and the free rent data sample. Every number on this page comes from the files inside, so you can judge the data before you spend anything.

What's in Each Pack

NFL Betting & Game Data Pack ($29 standalone)

7,548 NFL games from the 1999 season through the full 2026 schedule, 46 columns per game. Closing spreads and totals go back to 1999; moneylines and odds to 2006. Scores, rest days, starting QBs, coaches, referees, stadium, roof type, surface and weather sit in the same row, so one read_csv() gets you modeling. Two derived tables come along: team records by season (861 rows) and season summaries (27 rows). The data dictionary spells out the spread sign convention and how pushes are handled. Zip inside the bundle: 532,789 bytes.

USA Rent Benchmark FY2026 ($24 standalone)

51,895 ZIP-level rows from HUD's official FY2026 Fair Market Rent files, plus 3,229 county rows and 52 state summaries for higher-level views. Five bedroom sizes (0BR through 4BR) in every file, monthly USD. Join by ZIP against listings, tenant records or any other location table; the data dictionary documents HUD's FMR definition and methodology so the numbers survive a skeptical reviewer. Zip inside the bundle: 580,785 bytes.

Airbnb Multi-City Investor Pack ($39 standalone)

90,169 listing rows across 6 cities: New York City (30,234), Las Vegas (Clark County, 20,234), San Diego (13,225), Austin (11,295), Nashville (10,242) and Denver (4,939). One 12-column schema in all six files, so joins and group-bys work without schema surgery. Host personal data is excluded by design and coordinates are rounded to 4 decimals. Inside Airbnb snapshots dated 2026-06-22 through 2026-08-10, stated per city. Zip inside the bundle: 3,833,105 bytes, 19 files.

AI Terminal Wallpaper Pack Vol.1 ($12 standalone)

20 dark terminal and cyber wallpapers, JPG at 1024x1024: CRT glow, circuit macro shots, neon scenes, glitch fields, dark workspaces. They're rendered natively at 1024x1024 and labeled that way, no fake "4K" claims. For larger desktops, the README inside walks through a free upscale pass (Upscayl or Real-ESRGAN) before cropping to your aspect ratio; dark, low-detail art hides upscale softness well. Zip inside the bundle: 3,424,083 bytes, 21 entries (20 JPGs + README).

Check the Zip Before You Trust It

Every bundle ships with SHA256SUMS.txt, one SHA-256 hash per component zip. For a dataset this matters in a concrete way: a truncated download or a silently swapped file produces the same symptom, numbers that look fine until your model doesn't. A checksum is a fingerprint of the exact bytes. If sha256sum -c prints OK on all four lines, the files on your disk are the files that were built, byte for byte. We ran that check on a fresh extract before packaging; run it yourself after download:

sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txt

CC BY 4.0, in Plain Terms

Two of the four packs are datasets built on CC BY 4.0 sources: NFL game data from nflverse, Airbnb listings from Inside Airbnb. CC BY 4.0 lets you copy, remix, republish and build commercial work on the data. The single condition is credit. If you republish, include "Data from nflverse, CC BY 4.0" and "Data by Inside Airbnb, InsideAirbnb.com, CC BY 4.0". Both credit lines ship inside the zips in ATTRIBUTION.txt, so pasting them into your project takes seconds. The rent data is a US federal government work (HUD FY2026 Fair Market Rent), public domain under 17 USC 105, with no attribution required. The wallpapers are original images: personal use plus commercial use inside your own work, but don't resell or re-upload the pack as-is.

Built for Your Own Analysis

All three dataset packs load straight into pandas, Excel or R, with a data dictionary for every column and licensing that covers commercial republishing with credit. The pack ships data and documentation only. Positioning stays that way on purpose: clean, dated inputs for whatever model, report or research you run on them.

Snapshot honesty: every dataset in this bundle is a point-in-time capture, and each one is dated. NFL rows run from week 1 of 1999 through the full 2026 schedule, so late-2026 games carry posted lines but no scores until they're played. Airbnb snapshots span 2026-06-22 (Austin) to 2026-08-10 (New York City), stated per city in the index file.

Rent figures are HUD's FY2026 publication, refreshed annually by HUD. If your analysis needs a live feed, this bundle is the wrong tool. If it needs a clean, dated historical base, that's what's here.
