Matchbook Labs / gratitude journal printable
One page you print and fill in by hand: three good things, one person to thank, a mood box, five reflection lines. Below it, the first ten days of a 30-day gratitude challenge and four weekly check-in questions. Nothing to install, no app, no account.
How to use it: print one page per day, or keep a small stack on the nightstand and fill it before bed. The whole page takes about five minutes. The lines are write-in on purpose; there is no right answer to grade.
Works on A4 and US Letter. If you miss a day, start again the next day; the streak matters less than coming back.
Small counts. A warm cup, a parking spot, a text you didn't expect.
One name, and why. If you can, tell them before the week ends.
Nothing on the page assumes a tradition or a translation, so it fits whatever you already read or practice. If you want a page with a prayer focus and a verse write-in slot too, that version lives on the prayer journal template.
One small prompt a day. Write the date next to it when you fill it; a missed day is just a day. These are days 1 through 10 of the 30 in the full pack.
| 01 | three gifts from today |
| 02 | a person you are glad for |
| 03 | a meal you enjoyed |
| 04 | a skill you have |
| 05 | something in nature |
| 06 | a memory that makes you smile |
| 07 | a book, song or film |
| 08 | one corner of your home |
| 09 | a stranger's kindness |
| 10 | your body, one part that worked |
Copy this into a notebook if you don't want to print the page. The prompts work in any order; the numbers just keep count. If you like tracking a run of days, the 90-day challenge tracker uses the same come-back-daily habit.
Once a week, look back over your pages and answer these four. Short answers are fine; one line each.
| 1 | Three moments that stayed. |
| 2 | Prayers answered, or moving. |
| 3 | A verse that held this week. |
| 4 | What I am carrying into next week. |
Question 2 is the one worth rereading. Entries that sat open for a month tend to close when you stop watching them.
The daily page here is one of 36 in the Prayer Journal & Bible Study Pack: the complete 30-day gratitude challenge grid, a 14-day journal with the same five-minute layout, a 90-row answered-prayers log, memory verse tracker, study worksheets, four weekly reflection pages and five full topic prompt pages (anxiety, gratitude, forgiveness, guidance, provision). Deep teal print-at-home layout for A4 and US Letter.
