Fantasy Football Draft Sheet Printable (Free): One Page, 12 Rounds (Print to PDF)

Draft rooms run on two sheets. The wall board tracks every pick for everybody; this page is the one that stays in your lap - a fantasy football draft sheet with 12 rounds and three write-in pick slots per round, position circles to ring, a bye week to note per pick, a roster need tracker, and an 8-line watch list. It doubles as a draft day cheat sheet template: every player line is blank by design, so it carries whatever rankings you bring. For the whole-room version, the printable draft board page prints a 12-team wall grid; this sheet handles your own seat.

How to use this page: hit print, write your league name and scoring at the top, and set the HAVE targets from your league's starting requirements before pick one. During the draft, ring a position, write the player, and note the bye week each time a pick goes in. Print at 100% (Actual Size); the sheet fits A4 and US Letter portrait on one page, black and white, easy on ink. The print dialog's "Save as PDF" works if you draft from a laptop.

Your league's rules win: scoring, starting requirements, and bench spots differ league to league. Write yours in above and set the HAVE column from your league's lineup slots before the clock starts.

Three slots per round because a pick rarely happens in a vacuum: slot 1 is your pick, slots 2 and 3 are for the picks around yours that you are tracking. The position circles stay blank until you ring one, so the sheet works for any roster shape and any scoring. In a snake draft, even rounds run reversed - write your actual pick number in the # slot so round 2 does not lie to you.

Four opinions on running the sheet

Opinions, not rules - these come from filling out and abandoning enough of these pages to know which habits keep them alive. None of it is a promise about how your draft goes.

  1. Fill the league line first. League name and scoring at the top, HAVE targets from your starting slots before pick one. A sheet with no league on it drifts toward somebody else's roster rules, and those are the wrong rules by definition.
  2. Write the bye week at the same moment you ring the position. It is one stroke of the pen while the pick is fresh, and it is the number you will want when two late-round options share a position. Reconstructing byes from memory after the draft is the job nobody does.
  3. Grab a backup quarterback late. That is an opinion, not a law: one bench slot on a second QB is cheap insurance against one bad week, and if your league barely uses backups, skip it. The point is to make that call on purpose instead of panicking in round 12.
  4. Update the HAVE column between rounds, not mid-round. The two minutes between picks are quiet; the thirty seconds of your own clock are not. Roster needs checked between rounds are what turn the tracker into a decision tool instead of a decoration.

For the room-scale version, the free printable draft board hangs the whole 12-team grid on one wall page. For ranked write-in tiers by position, the football cheat sheet template prints two sheets that pair with this one: tiers on the clipboard, this sheet in your hand.
