Batching moves the making into one session: you sit down once, produce several posts in a row, and the rest of the week draws from that pile. This content batch planner is the paper for that session. Page 1 is a 10-row batch content calendar: content idea, format, the day you plan to make it, and whether the piece gets shot or written. Page 2 is the batch-day checklist, six ruled lines for captured ideas, and four opinions about batching that you can take or leave.

Format is the shape, not the topic: announcement, quote card, stat card, poll, behind-the-scenes. Circle the batch day when the row is planned and re-circle if it moves. Shoot covers anything with a camera (video, photos); write covers text-only posts. Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P) prints both pages.

Make piece 1 of 3. Film, shoot, or write it start to finish before touching the next row.

Edit pass 1. Text checked, numbers double-checked, links open.
Edit pass 2, then schedule. Final look at each piece, then queue or schedule all of them before closing the folder.

A planning sheet. It lays out what gets made, in which format, on which day, and it tracks the batch-day steps. It predicts nothing: there is no claim here about what batching does for reach, engagement, or follower counts, and no guidance about how any platform ranks or distributes content. Platforms decide distribution; the sheet only records what you made and what you scheduled.
