Weekly Planner Printable (Free): One Page, Monday to Sunday (Print to PDF)

A one-page weekly planner survives the weeks a multi-page system does not: one sheet, one glance, seven columns. This page prints a complete week on a single sheet - a week-of header, three numbered priorities, Monday to Sunday columns with three write-in lines each, a 7x4 habit dot grid, a weekend boundary line, and four notes lines. It is the weekly companion to the paper daily planner page: that one runs a page per day when the days are heavy, this one runs the whole week when the week itself is the unit you think in.

How to use this page: hit print, write the week-of dates at the top, and number the top 3 before touching any day column. Print at 100% (Actual Size); the sheet fits A4 and US Letter portrait on one page, black and white, easy on ink. The print dialog's "Save as PDF" works if you keep a digital archive of your weeks.

Monday to Sunday - three lines per day, the whole week at a glance

Habits - four rows, one dot per day

Weekend boundary: SAT and SUN hold the weekend you plan. Spillover work goes in on purpose, with a line of its own, or it stays off the sheet.

Notes - four lines

Three lines per day is the working limit: a column that holds everything holds nothing, so the cap forces a real choice before the week starts. The habit dots are deliberately blank - write the four habit names across the top of the rows once, in pen, and fill one dot per day. The boundary line under the dots exists because a weekly grid gives Saturday the same status as Tuesday, and it only keeps that status if the weekend is planned.

Four opinions on running the sheet

Opinions, not rules - these come from printing and abandoning enough of these pages to know which habits keep them alive.

  1. Plan Sunday night. Fill the seven columns before the week opens. Sunday-night-you has the whole picture; Monday-morning-you has an inbox. Ten minutes the night before beats the 9 a.m. scramble every week it happens.
  2. Treat three lines as a cap, not a starting point. A fourth task means something already on the sheet moves to next week or gets dropped. The limit is what keeps a weekly page from becoming a weekly wish list.
  3. Number the top 3 before writing any day column. The columns then arrange themselves around the priorities. Reverse the order and the columns fill first, and the priority line is decoration by Tuesday.
  4. Plan the weekend lighter on purpose. A weekend scheduled like a Wednesday is a six-day work week with worse chairs. Two or three entries across both days is a working budget for the weekend.

For the day-level version - hour rows, per-day checkboxes, a weekly review - the one-page daily planner prints from the same printer and the two sheets share one handwriting style. For week-by-week chores on a rota instead of appointments, see the weekly cleaning schedule template.
