One page, one habit, thirty boxes. Write the habit on the line at the top, shade a box every day you keep it, and the unbroken row of filled boxes becomes the streak you protect. The sheet also counts your current and longest streak, includes a three-step reset for missed days, and a mini version that tracks three habits side by side. Print it below, or keep reading for the four rules that decide whether a streak survives its third week. The full 26-page discipline pack this page comes from is linked at the bottom.
Write one habit on the top line, stated so a stranger could judge it: "walk 20 minutes after lunch" instead of "be active". Shade a box each day the habit happens, and add the date under it so the sheet doubles as a record. Every tenth box is a natural place to glance at the streak counters and ask whether the bar you set is still the right one.

Fits A4 and US Letter at 100%. Day 31 starts a fresh print; keep the finished sheet, the dates make it a record.
An empty box is a data point, and the reset below takes five minutes the next morning. The only expensive mistake is the silent one, where the sheet goes in a drawer and the habit quietly ends with it:
Opinions from running these grids, in order of how much they change the outcome:
Shade it solid, tick it, or write the number of minutes in it. The one convention worth keeping: full box means the habit happened by the rule on the top line, empty means it did not. Partial credit lives in the date line, not the box.
Start with one habit on the big grid. If by day 10 it runs without effort, move it to a mini row and promote a second habit to the full grid. The mini is also the ink-saving option: one page covers three habits for a month.
Write the schedule into the habit line: "gym, Mon to Fri". Weekend boxes get marked in advance as rest days, usually with a dash, so they never read as a miss when you look at the grid.
The 66-day habit tracker covers about two months on one page, with the same tick-per-day grid for three habits plus a missed-day box. For a full round, the companion 90-day challenge tracker prints a 90-box grid with checkpoint questions at day 30, 60 and 90, built for full rounds instead of single habits.
This page is the streak tracker from the 90-Day Discipline Challenge Pack. The full set covers a complete round from one sheet:
Everything is write-in by design: no app, no login, no rules written for you. Comes as A4 and US Letter PDFs and prints fine in grayscale.
